This module shows you how to set yourself up for success by finally getting to the root of the problem. You'll learn how your mind works and how to manage it. No one ever taught us this invaluable information. You'll finally understand why you overeat and how to address it. You'll master self-coaching tools to permanently change your habits and learn how to use the power of your beautiful mind as an ally (instead of an enemy!) to help you reach your health, weight, and life goals.

 

Module 2: The 5 Weight Loss Fundamentals

In this module, you'll learn the five foundational skills for lasting weight loss. Mastering these 5 basics, one-by-one, is the secret sauce. You'll learn how to reconnect to your body, nourish yourself without restriction, stop food noise in its tracks, and eat the way you want to live. Once you embody these 5 fundamentals, you'll be on your way to managing your weight for good—and you'll never have to go on another diet again!

Module 3: Mastering Food Urges
